Shepherd’s Pie

So yum, and so easy.

Make mashed potatoes. Set aside.

Brown up 500 grams of extra lean ground beef. Add one package of shepherd’s pie seasoning and some veg. I added celery and a package of frozen peas, corn, and green beans. Stir.

Put beef mixture in casserole dish; mashed potatoes go on top. Smooth out the lumps.

Put in oven on 350 for approx 30 minutes.
