I had my first cardio kickboxing class tonight in more than a week. Usually that would mean I would be gasping for breath and exhausted. Instead, with the help of my inhaler, and my lungs which could then actually expand to their full capacity and draw in enough oxygen to fuel my body, I felt fantastic. The class could have gone for twice as long and I would have been fine.

Sensei mentioned after class that he’s been feeling really great energy from me the past two days. It’s amazing what a little oxygen can do.

Breathing = underrated. But it shouldn’t be. It is a wonderful thing.
