I found a source of free range chicken, beef, and pork today. I’ll be able to cook bacon again without feeling guilty! I’m going to make chili in the next few days with organic free range ground beef. I have huge eggs in the fridge and I have every expectation that they will have bright orange, flavourful yolks.

There is a huge sense of relief that I have found a solution to my problem of liking meat but not wanting to support factory farming. Eventually I want to get to the point of only eating free range meat but I’m taking baby steps to get there.
