I suspect something else happened. Neither user saw your message. Or they ignored it—either way. The system, however, periodically reevaluates the covers for every ISBN on the system. If coverless book now has a cover from a user, the ISBN picks that cover up, at least until it can reevaluate it later. It&#039;s always done as a majority thing, but if there&#039;s only one cover from one user and no covers from anyone else, that cover will &quot;win,&quot; and everyone will get it.</description>
