Super Yummy Potato Goodness

Scrub Russet potatoes. Pierce each potato four times with a fork, top and bottom. Roll in olive oil and coarse salt. (I added some garlic powder tonight – I’m sure it will be delish.) Bake directly on middle rack at 400F for 45 minutes. Slather with your prefered baked potato topping and eat the whole thing, skin included.
