I keep waking up around 3 or 3:30, almost every single night. It doesn’t seem to matter when I go to sleep. Not sure what’s up with this trend but I’m not liking it.

I fall into sleep patterns very quickly as well, so when that starts happened, I’m just like “woe is me” b/c I know it’s going to continue happening for weeks until I can break it.
Hope you find a way to change the pattern soon – lack of sleep = the suck.
Same here. And I can never figure out what finally breaks the patters, so I have no idea how to even try to make it stop. 🙁
